Just a quick update to let you know that we did it!

The Dragon BoatRace took place on Sunday 8th September in Bath. CDE took part in the Bath Dragon Boat Race in aid of Designability.

Designability is hoping to raise funds to help produce moreWizzybugs, an innovative powered wheelchair designed specifically for children under five, giving them the ability to play and join in with friends and family. Ability NOT Disability.

14 teams took part in the day, which was all great fun in aid of a fantastic cause.

CDE came 8th overall, which is a great achievement, given that no one in the team had previous experience in Dragon Boat Racing! Some pics here of the team having a practice and then during one of the races, we are in boat number two.

Well done to everyone who took part and a massive thank you to everyone who has supported us so far. We have raised 57% of our overall target of £600, but we still have some work to do.
